SMRT Corporation, a multi-modal public transport operator in Singapore, recognized the need to take a proactive stance in promoting green living. As the nation's transport sector, SMRT aimed to be at the forefront of the green movement. They understood that embracing sustainable practices wasn't just an environmental imperative but crucial for a better future.

Despite these noble intentions, SMRT faced significant challenges. Among them was the need to raise awareness among the masses. The transition to green practices was seen as a solution to reducing time, cost, and effort for consumers.

SMRT harnessed its extensive, island-wide network of transit advertising spaces to disseminate quick and practical tips on adopting greener lifestyles to its vast commuter base.

What We Did

Our journey with SMRT commenced with a thorough understanding of their vision and strategy, allowing us to tailor an approach that harmonized with their objectives. In close collaboration with senior management and various departments, we fine-tuned the creative direction, ensuring our messaging struck a resonant chord. When it came to web design, we eschewed an authoritative tone in favor of a more relatable approach. Through compelling storytelling, we spotlighted everyday individuals and their contributions to the green cause, weaving a narrative that connected with audiences on a personal level.
